In her leadership role at Evolved, Alanna passionately champions our strength training protocol as an essential component of a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Whether she is training, guiding our team, or strategizing for business growth, Alanna certainly has a busy schedule. Having initiated her career in fitness within commercial gyms, she recognizes that traditional gym culture doesn’t always serve our mental and physical well-being. Alanna deeply appreciates Evolved's emphasis on loving your body and building strength.

Do you have any pets? Yes—a ridiculously cute English Bulldog named Homer
Favourite vacation spot? So far, Guatemala!

In her sessions, clients can expect to work hard, laugh a little, and feel completely supported. Jill is known for her attention to detail, thoughtful cues, and ability to make people feel both capable and cared for.
